By accessing or using EVOFX AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You must complete identity verification (KYC) before accessing live trading features.
3. Risk Disclosure
Trading Forex, CFDs, and cryptocurrencies involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose more than your initial investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
4. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Platform for illegal activities, money laundering, market manipulation, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
6. AI Assistant
AI-generated insights are informational only and do not constitute financial advice. The AI will never make autonomous trading decisions on your behalf without explicit opt-in.
7. Limitation of Liability
EVOFX AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
This is a demonstration platform. Licensing requirements are deployment prerequisites — registration alone does not authorize brokerage operations. This document is for illustrative purposes and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production use.
